FSARP office inauguration: A new chapter begins

On November 17, Fujian Sinopec Aramco Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (FSARP) officially inaugurated its new offices in Gulei, Zhangzhou, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward building one of China’s most advanced integrated refining and petrochemical complexes.

The ceremony was attended by Saleh Al Zaid, Board Director and Aramco Asia President, Zhang Xiguo, Chairman of the Board, and FSARP management team members. In his remarks, Al Zaid stated:

“Aramco’s continued investment in China and in Fujian demonstrates our firm confidence in China’s high-quality economic development. The smooth progress of the FSARP project signifies the deepening of our partnership with Fujian. We look forward to working together to create a bright future for the FSARP project.”

Following the unveiling, executives conducted a site tour. At the Project Management Team offices, FSARP management presented a comprehensive project update, introducing detailed timelines and milestones. The executives were also briefed on progress in preliminary groundworks, including land reclamation and site preparation, providing a tangible demonstration of the project’s advancement.

This inauguration is more than an office opening—it is a symbol of partnership, progress, and shared ambition for sustainable growth.
