As part of its 2025 in-house training strategy, Aramco Asia has launched its first high-potential talent development program in Shanghai, a landmark initiative that underscores the company’s long-term commitment to nurturing future leaders and investing in the local talent ecosystem.
With seven outstanding employees nominated to participate, this initiative reflects Aramco’s broader strategy to empower people, foster innovation, and support sustainable growth in key international markets. Tailored Learning for Future Leaders
Designed to accelerate career progression, broaden global perspectives, and prepare participants for future leadership roles, the program offers a customized learning experience aligned with Aramco’s leadership development framework consisting of assessment, empowerment and solidification. Through targeted evaluation, practical skill-building, and sustained learning support, the program aims to foster long-term growth and impact among emerging leaders.
The program includes:
- Two days of intensive training (August 7–8)
- Two weeks of hands-on experience
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- A half-day group workshop following the award ceremony
