On October 12, a press conference for the 2023-24 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) season was held in Beijing. Aramco is recognized as CBA Official Partner.
Ashraf Fagih, Aramco Asia Vice President of Public Affairs attended the recognition ceremony and accepted the official partner plaque on behalf of Aramco. CBA Chairman Yao Ming, CBA Vice Chairman Xu Jicheng, President of CBA League (Beijing) Sports Co., Ltd, Jiang Jian and many other distinguished guests attended the ceremony.
On the occasion, Mr. Fagih said: “From driving global economies, to energizing people's lives - Aramco strives to promote the positive values associated with sports. We believe that our partnership with international sporting events like CBA will create a lasting, positive impact in the world of sport, which in turn enriches lives and fuels competitive dreams.”
The 2023-24 CBA season will kick off on October 21. 20 teams will participate in the new season, which features a total of 52 rounds during the regular season. The CBA All-star Weekend will be held from March 1 to 3, 2024 in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
